Hey There!

Well this week wasn't to bad, Lawrence said the same which is way better then a gain and Amber lot 1 lbs!!

Pretty good Week!

Hey everyone! Just checking in!
 
Lawrence was down 1.4 for the week! 
 
And I(Amber) was down 1.7!
 
As of 2/9/08 I (Amber) has lost 50 pounds total!! (Since 1/1/07)
 
And Lawrence has lost 51!! ( Since 1/1/07)
 
We both have really made this weight loss journey a big part of our lives, I'm so glad we are doing this together! Red heart

Hello!

Well this week was not to bad for me, i lost 1 lb this week and Lawrence stayed the same. I guess that is better then gaining weight :)   I hope i can do better next week. I'd like to be ready for a bathing suit this year! Smile
